Palmetto Point Lighthouse

• Palmetto Point Lighthouse, on the island of Eleuthera, is a working aid to navigation, located on navigational charts of the Bahamas.

•    Located directly on the Atlantic Ocean, it has commanding views of the sea throughout. A paved walkway leads from the lighthouse to an intermediate level patio, followed by a staircase to the secluded beach level.

•     It's a spacious, well-appointed residence with a large living area, dining area, foyer, three bedrooms, two full baths. The oceanfront balcony runs the entire length of the house. A spiral staircase at the central core leads to the light and a widow’s walk balcony at the top of the home.

•    The large master bedroom has a walk-in closet, television, private bath with whirlpool tub and French doors leading directly to the balcony overlooking the ocean.

•      The second and third bedrooms contain a double or twin beds and large closets. They share a full bath.

•      All bedrooms are cooled by separate room air conditioners. There is a main air conditioner for the rest of the home

•      The modern kitchen includes a center-island cooktop, breakfast bar, wall oven, microwave, frost-free refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, sink disposer, coffeemaker, toaster, and blender. A washer and dryer are located in the laundry room.

•      Phone service, DSL, VCR/DVD/CD player and satellite TV are available.
